About Us

The Idea Zoo works with professors in major universities to help find applications for their inventions. We help them identify the real value, tell the story to the right audience and find the right partners to take it to market. We then work closely with industry to further develop and ultimately commercialize the inventions. The Idea Zoo provides value to our relationships in all phases of product development, from initial concept, through manufacturing and commercialization. Our research and development process places us at the cutting edge of technological developments yielding highly attractive options for partner companies to create and commercialize innovative opportunities.

Our vision is to bring innovation out of academia and into the market by building a network of technologists, investors, manufacturers and brands to support the development and commercialization of innovative, game-changing technologies.

Be the bridge over the "Valley of Death" by forming Joint Development Agreements with major stakeholders earlier in the development process to create a sense of shared ownership and investment in seeing technology through commercial viability to commercial profitability.
